TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to the David Comrie and Son website.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they cover your relationship with David Comrie and Son and all orders you place with us. By placing an order with us the Customer will be entering into a legally binding contract incorporating these Terms and Conditions. If the Customer has any questions on these, then the Customer should contact us before placing an order. If the Customer places an order the Customer will be deemed to have understood these terms and conditions and to have accepted them
We may update or revise these terms and conditions from time to time. You should periodically check this page for relevant changes.
When placing an order, once the order has been placed and we begin to process your order (24 hours before collection/delivery) it is non-refundable, and cancellation is not accepted. If you wish to add additional items to your order, you may even do so within the 24-hour period prior to collection/delivery. Please get in touch by phoning us or through email/Facebook and we will be happy to help. If a product is not available that you have ordered we will get in touch and look for an alternative or refund, depending on each customer’s decision. If you are unable to collect your online order and we cannot get in touch with you within 48 hours, you may lose out on your order and will not be refunded.
Christmas orders that include turkeys and/or roasts are not subject to cancellation and no refund will be given.
If you have asked to collect your order/ products from our premises, you can collect them from us at any time during our working hours of 8am-2pm on Monday and 8am-4pm from Tuesday to Saturday.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Please be advised that some of our products may contain traces of the following ingredients: peanuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, mustard, celery, gluten, lupin, sesame seed & sulphur dioxide. If you have any specific allergies or dietary requirements, it is imperative that you get in touch with the team prior to placing your order, we would be happy to help with this.
